On its official website the Federal Tax Service of Russia announced the launch of a declaration campaign on corporate property tax for 2021. The tax returns for the 2021 tax period must be submitted by taxpayers-organizations no later than March 30, 2022.
The tax return should be submitted in the form approved by the Order of the Federal Tax Service of Russia dated 06/18/2021 No. ED-7-21/574@.
If a taxpayer is registered with several tax authorities at the location of his real estate taxed at the average annual value, he has the right to submit only one corporate property tax return in respect of all such objects to any of such tax authorities of his choice.
