RUSSIAN COMPETITION AUTHORITY IS PUBLISHING NEW GUIDELINES

The Russian competition authority Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) issued Guideline on applying the the Antimonopoly Law.
The Guidelines provide clarification for the following;
- The concept of “consumers at large”, determining the time intervals in excessive or destructive pricing analysis in dominant position cases,
- Procedural aspects of cartel regulation,
- Approach to the behaviors or autonomous and nonprofit entities and foundations.
