Russian Competition Authority (FAS) initiated a cartel case against six undertakings operated at supplying electric grid equipment sector. According to the claim in the file, undertakings engaged into bid-rigging for the needs of PAO Rosseti’s subsidiaries while bidding for the supply of power grid equipment worth more than 2 billion rubles.
The authority has reached the evidence to conclude the investigation during the on-site investigations. Under the Russian Administrative Law, the undertakings involved in the investigation may face a turnover fine.
