LIMITED COURT CASES WITH LITIGANTS IN COURT ARE POSSIBLE AGAIN

28/04/2020

From May 11, court cases will once again be heard on a limited scale in the presence of litigants and suspects in the courtroom. The necessary adjustments are made in the courts to be able to do more physical sessions.

The basic principle will continue to be that court cases will be handled as much as possible by telephone or with a video connection or that they are closed in writing. The employees of the Judiciary also continue to work from home as much as possible. Only in cases where a hearing with the physical presence of the parties is necessary, parties and Judiciary employees will be present at the court. The parties involved will be notified by the court in question if their lawsuit is heard in a physical hearing.
