The Ministry of digital development launched a new application from the family of state services called "Gosklyuch". It is already available in application stores. The application can be installed and used for online signature of contracts by the registered users of the State Services (Gosuslugi) portal. For this purpose, the application creates a free electronic signature of the user, which is stored in a secure e-government infrastructure. Installation and signature generation is a free of charge simple and quick operation.
The first electronic contract, that can be signed with the help of Gosklyuch, is a contract for mobile services with Tele2 provider. Electronic contracts for provision of mobile services will soon be available with other providers including MTS, Megafon and Beeline.
In the future, the list of transactions and legal documents that can be executed using Gosklyuch will be expanded and will include the contracts for the sale-purchase of cars and real estate lease agreements.
