RENEGOTIATION OF DTTS GOES ITS WAY

A protocol to DTT between Russia and Malta increasing withholding taxes on income in the form of dividends and interest to 15% was signed on October 01, 2020. A similar protocol to DTT between Russia and Malta approved by the Government of Russia on October 07, 2020.
